Raw, dirty, rough and crazy... can you hang? July 26th and 27th at the World Famous Edgewater Beach Park, on the North Coast of Ohio. Lake Erie has never rocked so hard and on this day it will out-rock all others. Be there, or sit back and cry away the night in your dirty can of Schlitz... We got some changes this year and it's gonna be big.... pray to the lords of the Surf for a 3-peat of killer waves rolling in straight from Canada, Eh?

Well that prob explanes it...we usually are over at the beautiful poluted
huntington, I think i grew a extra nipple from that water this year....
i think i only made it over to edgewater once or twice this year we usually dont get out till the suns going down so travel is limited as i got a 126$$

my wife has a friend that lives in cinci, now she thinks she may have moved to columbus. Either way, it would be a plus on getting me out there for the ride!!! I've always wanted to go to cleveland anyway, i'm dying to go to the rock and roll hall of fame and the whole area seems awesome.

It is downtown Cleveland...probably Hotel only. I am going to work on us camping. (The Native Americans camp in the park one weekend a year, so I am going to try to work something out).

I'm going to try to get a group of junkies together to head up there for this one. Would be a good chance to visit the r&r hof too!

I'm not sure though b/c I'm trying to figure out how to get to canton the weekend after. Art Monk & Darrell Green were my two favorite football players when I was younger & it's hard to pass up a chance to see them inducted into the football hof together. :cool2:

Camping is kinda hard to find. We can't camp at the beach. Cleveland is a huge city with a population of 2,250,871. Not much room to camp. You'll probably have to hotel it or camp about 25 minutes away. PM me your number and I'll give you a guys a call and figure out a good place for you to stay!!

I'm still in with the family again. At least this year Dawson can walk all the way instead sitting on my shoulders while I'm towing a trailer with 50 lbs of junk in it.

Are hotels the same as last year? The wife and I were the only riders there last year.

Yeah, last year people stayed all over the place (and a lot of people only came for the day). Same with the year before. It's such a big city that it seems hard to get everyone at one place. Were those places okay?? If not, I'll have people stay farther out in Independence Ohio (15 minute drive to the ramps)

Those two places are less than 1/2 mile from the ramps and all the activities. We can always park skis at Madmat's or at Ohio Technical College Indoors.

I think it was the holiday inn express i stayed at and it was pretty reasonable and pretty close to where we ride.

I have lived and worked in downtown for 10 years now. All of the downtown hotels are pretty nice now. But if anyone is staying downtown parking will be an issue. We can fit some trailers at my place and some at DJ's brothers school.

My favs downtown are:

Ritz Carlton at Tower City. ($$$$) BUSY!! Famous people runnin round.

Radison at Gateway (next to Jacobs field and Gund arena and Tower City...tons of places to eat and tons of bars and women!!) Very cool location as far as traffic and gettin around downtown and food choices.

Renaissance at Tower City shopping center. (super old and completely re-done) BUSY area but plenty of cabs and central to everything.

Marriott at Key Tower. Closest to the flats (party street!!) Closer to the water and some small city parks. Nice place!

There are many more. Contact me if you want specifics about any of them.

All 4 are within 5 miles of my house (west) and DJ's brothers school (east) and all the hotels and the school and my house are within 5 miles of the ramps.

It looks like we may have free camping right on the lake. I just found the place for the raffle today. It is 30 seconds from the boat ramps and it looks like you can camp right there (Wendy Park on Whiskey Island). (no electricity or fires) but it is a nice park right on the water. We are gonna party there from 5-8:30 on Saturday for the Raffle and a little bit of a cook-out. They are gonna have a cash bar (Cannot bring own alcohol into the park) although for late night camping I am sure it will be fine on the DL). After that we are gonna hit the world famous Garage Bar. It has a badass patio and it is Bike Night there.

Sunday, we ride again!

This place is PIMP, right next to the ramps and has an amazing view of the city!!! We are definitely kicking it up this year... :Banane57::smashfreakB::arms::sneaky:

Either there or at Madmats. I think you will be the only one (as of right now) needing ski parking. If so, we'll just put em in Matt's driveway. If there is a bunch of people, we'll take them to the Powersport Institute.
