after i had ankle surgery i started biking. it gives you full range of motion with out the impact of jogging or running. once i got to where i could ride hard then i started doing basketball drills. that helped strength it back up.

It would be best to get a swedish female nurse for private massage on your tender ankle.

I rolled my ankle really hard doing a can can on my ski and it took forever for it to feel strong again... just take it lightly at first and work yourself up slow so you don't re-aggrivate it... I must have done that 10 times because I didn't stop riding long enough for it to get back to strength. Either way it sucks... ankles are a bitch

Wobble board for rehabbing imo would be the best bet.

Talk with your pt if its ok for you to do this in your current state.

I've busted my ankles up more than I care to think. Take it easy and let it heal up before doing much. If it hurts bad then it's probably to injured to workout properly.

I'm sure it's just like a wrist sprain. Don't over extend the tendon. When it starts to hurt pull back. Don't let it get to that hurting point. It'll heal much faster. Give it a good 3-4 weeks.
