x2 tricks

I've honed these techniques over the past 21 years or riding X-2's (jeez I'm old).

(I can do these tricks on flat water OR surf)

1. Sink Ski.... just handle bars are above water level.
2. Crack Hull.
3. Crash one X-2 into another at full speed.... broken hull.
4. Hit sandbar @ full speed and flip over handle bars.... Oakly's fly off of face.
5. Run over Tow Rope and bend driveshaft.

I have done the crash into another ski, it wasn't at WOT though...


I can do this trick where I am in a tail stand and I bob the ski up and down like you were going to do a 50/50 or monkey jump. But instead I let the ski shoot out of the water and I crank on the bars so the ski does a 360 up out of the water wile in a tail stand position. It lands away from me and I climb back on and ride away.

I have a trick in mind for surf but it will require major balls to try it and I am a little too pu55y :cat40: :cat37: to try it yet. Then again I don't ride surf EVER!

I'm learning the original barrel roll. Like Jeff "Kamikaze" did it back in the days. I also am pretty close to consistent nose stabs.

I think they are talking about the log roll like SFL said. Just go fast, turn and lean out, hang on, go underwater, and come back up still on the ski.

you are doing better than me if i do fountain any longer than 30 seconds i sink mine :laugh2:

nose stabs and ride out 70% off the time
hood riding
tail stands and varietions off them
fountains
180s to tails stands or just ride out off them
turn subs
leg drag
trying a few other things as well
ride the ski just on the plane with no hands till the nose digs in then reach down and gas it into a sub
sink my ski and hydrolic it (x4 times this year )

surf
no handers
playing on wave faces doing turns and slashing the wave faces ( dont know wot you really call it )
working on nose stabs , supermans , nac nacs and rentries this weeknd

Roles were pretty easy in the surf on Pete's boat for me. The second and third one I nailed perfect, riding out like I never left the water.... 1st time on a X2 since I was 5yrs old. lol
