In that case, get one for a 750. Its already enlarged to 47mm, but is too big for a stock ex. manifold however.

Right, if you order a new one from factory 650 and 750 headpipes all come 47mm. If you are not buying new, try to find a 750 headpipe.

Kawi headpipe is an "A" headpipe.

have 650 chamber, if i buy kawasaki A headpipe can i use stock exhaust manifold
Dicy, not much meat on that casting on top, best find a Westcoast solid top.

thanks, with this pipe, milled stock head ,15 prop 38 mm carb it should be a pretty good setup. the ski has 145 psi compression just bought it last week .

your right it came with new 38 that the kid could not figure how to hook up the throttle cable, i think i will go with 44 it has a dg intake manifold would i need diferent intake manifold for 44mm

I'm running the stock manifold bored out to 47mm. Works fine for me. I couldn't get my westcoast to fit properly. I do have that other manifold if your interested in it cattledog.
You'll need a new manifold for the 44 as it's a mikuni.

i guess u dont like accusteer what happened to yours . just got my x2 and steering is vey loose, did not take it apart yet to study it.everybody else has them on their x2. going to keep 650 motor like u did how was your ski reliable with mods that u did, they do look sexy

There's nothing wrong with it. It's just loose. It came with the ski and I can't get it apart to fix it up.

No. I'm cleaning everything up and painting before it goes together. I'm tired to having shat slapped together and my friends talkin' shat. Time for a nice ski. Should be in the water in 1-2 weeks at this rate.

paid 100 dollars for my x2 person lost interest and did not run for 7 years has 145 compression, i have ridden a mod 650 and they r great. u r lucky u live in floridia ski all the time i go in winter to sarrasota have family their . i want to have my going by then good luck keep posting i would like to see it when finished. any parts u like to sell 44mm carb?
