I just finished yesterday. I lost my fuel door and cracked my hood, so I filled in the area, and smoothed the fuel door, fixed the hood and repainted. I also bought a new hydroturf seatcover.

here are my footstraps....they work great and are VERY strong...I havent got them to pull out yet and ive put tons of force on them. I drilled through the outer rail and on the inside I did the washer welded to the acorn nut trick and glassed them to holes I drilled into the footwells.

Looks good!

One recomendation I have. Find a cheap Kawasaki 650 SX start/stop switch. Then swap out the internals of your X2 switch to the Kawasaki 650 SX one. You will have ot cut of the ends where they plug in the e-box and resoilder on new ones.

BUT... you won't have that post where the X2 choke cable hooks up to which can stab a hold in your leg. OUCH!

I did this mod but haven't finished it... typical me....

I have an Acusteer machined for fat bars. I will post pics later.

i like the trim setup. does it give the full range of motion at the nozzle? do you have a pic of the nozzle in the relaxed position? i may have to do this on our 750 x2

Kyle, have you tried a DCUT plate on your ski? It was a nice improvement on mine.
