i have to admit....... i dont really pay attention to it all that much..... i probably shouldnt but i just let my advisor handle it...... i dont even like knowing how much money i have invested.... gives me a false sense of security cuz i cant touch it for 30 years

Mine haven't been great

Work Retirement Plan has a 12mo avg. of just under 7%
and my mutual fund ($50/week) is around 1%

Both are supposed to be aggressive growth from well known mutual fund/banks.

I'll hold them for a year or two and if they don't get better, I'll have to change. I know you're supposed to buy and wait, but I thought the market was booming and mutual funds should be providing a good return.

Mine aren't where Sakis are, but I have a high of 26% and a low of 16% within my funds, ranging from balanced to semi aggressive.

A lot of the overseas funds are cranking, and have been for over 5 years straight.
