650sx cable works good for my 46's bottom pull. Or you can get a throttle drum and make the stock one work with a homemade bracket, like I am planning on doing this week.

I used a cable off of a 750 ZXI and it worked perfect.

ive always run with the factor cable and made up wee brackets for the cable to go onto and kept them to mount from the top, not to hard to do. i like the top pull set up as there is less chance off getting bends and kinks in your cable which keeps your throttle pull lighter
the frist pis is off a factoy 650 flame arrestor with a wee bracket drill and taped and screwed to the factory alli bottom bit (pop rivets would work fine as well just use stainless or alli rivets
the second pic is for my duel kehins im running at the moment , same sort off thing as the 650 set up a peace off carbon drilled and taped and mounted to the alli bottom peace off the flame arrestor , i did have to cut the rubber elbow off the top off the flame arrestor fr the cable to go thro
the 3rd pic is a single 44 sbn (same for a 46sbn as well) it has a flat peace off carbon plate made up that uses the 4 bolds on top off the sbn and the flame arrestor just bolts on top off that ( sj flame arrestor in this case)
one wee tip ive learnt to help water proof x2,s is the rubber sleave that your throtle cable runs thro the hull , up top by your steering where your throtle cable and stop start wires go into the rubber sleave fill that up with rtv and put a cable ty round it . that stops any water from been able to run down the sleave because if any water does it drops right on top off your carbs and gets sucked in
