Here is my 440's project.
I started out with these two js550's and a old pop up camper trailer converted over to a dual jet ski trailer. Sorry I do not have before pics of the trailer but I do know it was white and rusty.

I have striped these down and had them repainted professionally. The gas cap fill area was glas in to give them that custom sutle look. I am ready to start thinking about what I am going to put in them.

The trailer and the storage box was blasted and powder coated earlier this year. I fabbed the fenders and the diamond plate.
Here are a few more pics.
These skis have the 440 drive shaft and pumps in them and I have 2 sets of old school 440 graphics I am going to put on them.

here is my first ski ever, a 89 piston port 550, it is a limited setup with a ride plate, scoop grate, handle bars, prop, alum waterbox, factory pipe, 180 psi, and probably a few more.

Looks like you got a stash or extra parts. You whouldn't be interested in selling any of it?
BTW that ski looks cool!

Andrew,

I have not run this yet..........So the pump I am sure will be an issue that I will have to deal with later. The exhaust was made by PJS for a Kaw 750SX without a waterbox. It come from a Cristy Carlson ski that I have had for a number of years. The engine is set-up to do 125hp.
I hope to have my electrical box and fuel tank in by the end of next week and then the fun begins.
I have more start and finish pics at this link http://www.pwctoday.com/showthread.php?t=143725

Well it has been a while any business is geting crazy but here is what is going on with my project.
I have a very nice extrude honed ported and blue printed 440 pump that I will be putting on this ski soon with a 21 degree straight pitch Skat Trak Impeller. I got it started and I choked it at the carbs and now I am not geting any spark. Does anyone know anything about the HEAT Jetinetic's TL system? Here are some more pics of this at this time. I am looking for graphic ideas. I want to keep it a "Jet Ski Haven" theme, any suggestions are welcomed.
