Since i've never been, I have a few daytona questions;
When you reserve the hotel, do you need to pay then, or when you arrive?
What must be done so the skis are legal to ride in florida?
Do you have to pay an admission fee?
Is there any type of general riding all weekend, or is it all competetions?
I want to stay a few days before or after, can you still ride?
when should i book the hotel?

Pay $25 for you one month beach pass, bring a fire extinguisher, registration papers, and HELMET, Find a life guard and they will tell you where to go.
Do you have to pay an admission fee?
$5 to get a car on the beach and the $25 for the jet ski zone sticker for a month or $100 for a year.
Is there any type of general riding all weekend, or is it all competetions?
The are a couple things on the weekend like a sick trick contest and a cherry buster if you want to go try a backflip with everyone watching. They are free.

You can ride the Jet Ski Zone all week. I will be in the water Wednesday morning and I won't quit until the next Saturday. I pretty much wear out myself and my jet ski during one trip. A bunch of the Jersey guys are getting in very early too.

The best way to save money is DON"T GET PRIVATE DANCES at Lollipops. I spent $180 in one dance so I thought. But they don't tell you when a new dance starts and you can't hear the songs change.

Hey that is false advertising on the club's part!
So you have to pay the 25 for the beach pass and another 25 for a ski on the beach pass?

$5 for the car if you drive out on the beach per day and $25 per jetski per month.

the boss is thinking about it and who is going early and who is staying after?
the boss usually works on sat/sun/mon and will have to take time off for the trip. if she agrees to behave

Probable. My x2 got it's ass kicked as a little 650 in Daytona two years ago. But now it's a big strong 750 without 650 electrics that get seasick, so I may try it again this year.

CRAB! I see your plan.....you figured out a way to get free x2 rides! .....NICE
ShawnNJ has a 2nd boat for me, but a little insurance policy isn't a bad thing is it? Surprisingly, the only other one to ride my X2 at Pismo was Suva! If anyone wants an unbiased critique of my ski, ask Matt-e or Suva.

Vumad: So crab? How did it run? Does it need anything?
Crab: Well, I do know of one thing it could use.
Vumad: Well? What does it need?
Crab: More gas.
Crab exits stage right.
