Take out the carbs and replace the inline fuel filters(or clean them out if your cheap about it) and see if that helps.

I'm carb iliterate....

I am going to get a pipe over the winter, thus I will need the carb dialed in and taken a good look at next season. But for now, to get through a couple more rides, I thought to spray the carbs out with general carb cleaner, and run carb cleaner fluid in the gas. K&W Cycle advised this temporary / quick fix. Make sence??? :fing02: :dunno:

I am going to plan on hitting the water about 12:00, unless others plan on being there earlier or the Huron forecast predicts morning waves diminishing by noon.

I say we should try to get there about 10 -10:30 at least. Like my man Roo said. Waves were better in the morning and it seems to be an ongoing thing. I dont remember the road that we took to get there. I think it was Ipperwash road, but it ends on the beach where you drive on to ride.

i couldn't make it to this one guys, i thought i would but just too much stuff with moving and living out at the cottage. I managed to go for a 15 min. ride on the river in order to run some fuel stabalizer through the carbs......very cold ride. props to you guys riding in the big lake on a day like this. my ski is getting ripped apart next week and i hung up the wetsuit for this year.

Yea. What a bad day that was. How disappointing. I was so cold I couldnt even chat with anyone cause I was sitting in my truck most of the time. Oh well, you can't win them all.

Well I still had fun even thou it was cold and wet. Probably has something to do with the fact that I had very little riding time this year and any ride would have been a good ride.
I was impressed with the turn out for a cold fall day. Good to see there is still some hardcore riders out there.:fing02:

It was cold, but still a lot of fun to go riding the last weekend in October. It was great getting to meet some new guys and see others again.

Dirtybird, you gotta get some warmer riding gear. At least you got out there to ride, I wouldn't have even given it a shot with as light of gear as you had.

Yea. I was fuggin cold. You rode alot. Props for that. I stayed warm for a little bit while we were riding out in the chop. I got some descent air a few times and landed almost upside down, and got pretty cold each time the waves hit me in the face. I didn't want to leave you out by yourself but I couldn't take it anymore. Nice meeting you and the wife.

Took the couch out today on st. clair for last run. Waves were pretty huge for this time of year. Definitely want to get out there on the sj at least a few more times this year.

Went out for my last ride yesterday. Let's just say I dont want to have the problems that my brothers ski had EVER again in this cold of water. It's not worth dying over riding on flat water when you have ski problems. :frown: I'll be taking my ski to AZ though and continue riding there :cool2:
