Whats up guys? I havn't been around for a few months. I took a little break from skiing but with winter coming up I see a new build in my future so I just finished my test tank:wink: Dont tell the wife:27:. J/K Me and the wife decided since we cant afford to live on the lake we would build are own, so we installed a 9x14 garden pond. We did all the work ourselves and hand dug it with shovels which was no easy task in Ga. red clay. It was worth it though. Its nice and relaxing to kick it on the deck with a drink and listen to the waterfall. I figured since I have spent so much time and money on skis that I owed my wife a little something back and she has been wanting a pond forever. Just need to put some eye bolts in to hold the ski:laugh:

sweet throw some goldfish in there or underwaterlights to really set it offAlready done. we have a mixture of koi and shabunkins. I also wired all the way around the pond for landscape lighting. we put an underwater spot in the shallow end and some spots shining into the water. ther is also a light under the bridge that lights the stream although it wasn't installed when the pics got taken

do you think you'll have a problem with hawks getting the fish? i know of several hawk nests just on my property, i'm assuming since dallas isnt too far away hawks are just as common.

I could not be trusted at all..... I would have my ski in that water in less than a month. If nothing else just to hear it run... Hell I would have had it in there before it was done.....

Ummm yea I found a bad rod bearing on 6-23. Still waiting... I have had one "sorry for the delay but I still don't have the crank" email 3 weeks ago but no other contact in 2 months. Not that I am not trying....
