you can also witness these people at the gym's at any college in NJ. I used to hit the gym when I lived at school and there were a ton of these guys. When I go out to the bars down the shore in Sea Isle every other dude is like that and the funny part is that they are almost never talkin to any girls, just starin at em droolin.
