Problem with engine parts from member "Junkman"

I explain my problem : I've bought the Junkman's engine (http://www.x-h2o.com/showthread.php?t=17940&highlight=lamey ).
I'm french and I deal with him that I send half money and I receive half parts and I send the end of total price and I receive the other parts. Mr Junkman was OK with the deal.

I send him 1625$ and I receive cylinder, cylinder head, pistons, starter and bendix.........all parts were in very good shape and excellent packaging, shipping very fast

I send him the other 1625$ and......nothing, no crankshaft, no crankcase, no exhaust. I send him an e-mail and he said me he was sorry for the delay but he ship parts immediately using his brother (who has a shop) discount shipping............it was the 8th august.
Since this date, no answer to my e-mails, no tracking number......I'm very very very very very worried since the end of communication.

For information, he lives in Foresthill, California

I want to think he's very honest (because of my first deal with him when I've bought a trim system and the first package of the engine)

I wish I can delete this thread in few days..........

I had a shop open for 13 yrs. in all that time I only had 2 bad checks and got one taken care of.Not one chargeback on credit card.That said it is best to use paypal!I dont like giving them 3 % of total however it is much safer for both Buyer and seller.I am fifty and have seen what drugs do to people,Our country has a huge problem and no matter how good a person it is,if drugs have him or her they would steal from their own mother.So please use a service like paypal,it is not perfect and still have problems on occasion.However when paypal certified they have access to checking acct.and all info on both parties.I am sorry our country has the problem it does.However it is no reason to not be able to buy and sell quality used parts and get what you paid for.1600.00 is a lot to trust someone across the ocean whom you have never seen with.I have been burned once and only once,better to pay a few dollars for peace of mind or at least partial peace of mind.THank you for listening,Merry CHRISTMAS >Marvin Ps. maybe that guy will have a change of heart??

That house is for sale. It looks like there is still stuff in the house, but there is a pic in the bathroom with broken glass all over the place. I would nver list my home for sale with stuff busted up in plain view. Call the real estate agent that has it listed and see what's up with the owner of the property.

ive had the same problem with this dude . i bought a carb an external fuel pump. i got the carb ,but no pump .he told me he forgot to ship the carb.he never repley to any emails or pms. pretty rude
