Slotted the holes on my Blowsion bilge bracket and slid it a little farther from the midshaft. Cut notch in coupler cover to clear bilge. Can't remember who told me that but thanks!

Custom water shrouds for new air in holes!!

A little primer just to check and fresh resin on my carbon walls.

Pool hose from Home Depot coming thru my X-Metal bracket with stock -2 pole and snugged up tight with no spring!

We both chose the thick padding and footprint layup. 2 sheets of 1 inch padding ground down with a body grinder to create footprints down and in.

Dude I know. It took me forever to get them together and resize them!

I would say after grinding that the thickest spot is maybe 1 1/2' thick. You actually have to decide to lift your heel and remove it from the tray if you are going to throw your ski! Remember when running -2 (or more)", the nose comes up and your heels to tend to pick up also so this just fills the gap and provides for super pimp and luxiourious landings:biggrin:

took her out today and she ran ok. a lot rich plus i got lots o oil in her for break in so it's hard to tell if it's the extra oil or the carbs, next tank i will go a little thinner on the oil and see how she goes.

Overall it was a budget , rattle can, rebuild for reliability. I'm happy with it and can't wait to ride. I still need to turf the rails and thats it!

MaGoo lightened flywheel.

Speedwerx pipe with strainer and hightempsilicone.com high strength black coupler and VOSS clamps from MaGoo.

Brand new MSD enhancer w/ rev limiter wide open and stock coil w/ new JSS wire and MSD caps and retainers AND A FRESH EBOX GASKET!!!!. Also a JSS start/stop switch and brand new O.E.M. stator.

IMPROS 13/16 cutback with Blowsion cone and MaGoo ported nozzle.

Jet Dynamics D-Cut plate.

1100 GPH bilge on slotted blowsion bracket w/ 1 1/8" pisser.

Alrighty then....last pic with the addition of my $12.95 do it yourself bulk YAMAHA decal kit from EBAY. It just came as one giant sheet of yellow and I had to choose/cut out what decals I wanted and then apply them to the release tape and stick them on.

I have'nt decided on turf or auto trim for the rails. I'll decide after I ride all weekend!!!:arms: :arms:

Alright. Kells ski still looks the same. Except I dropped a 760/dual 44's, new B piped, dual cooled, TDR'd (also dual cooled) monster in to it. Oh and new Protec head at 170psi and a 14/18 prop.

It friggin rips!!!! I really notice a difference. It rumbles more like an SXR now. Hits hard all RPM's!!

Nothing to putting it in. SJ throttle cable reaches. Helo coils in the cylinder side manifold holes. 61x flywheel/stator.

I think I'll start playing with the pipe screws and see what happens.


I really wanna know what it would feel like in my ski with 13/16-3/bored nozzle combo. And the light weight hood.

its not a shop for ski's. two of my uncles run it. they sell formula boats. (the big ass cigarette racing ones) along with formulas luxury line. they have this badass warehouse where they store customers boats in little cubby's. we went for a little ride on lake erie in one of the luxury ones, it was incredible
