Finally (got-R-done!) :djsmilie: New (used) type 4 Riva Dry pipe, V Force 2 reeds
ADA high comp head with girdle kit, (37) domes, and of course all the headaches that go along with it :crying: I am now a real believer in ( you can't use too much WD 40) My 05 SJ carbs turned out to be the biggest pain in the ass!!! But, with the help of my Bro CRAB we managed to get all the parts off and back together, incl new primer kit, jets, and tee handle air screw adjusters.
Everything else went pretty smooth:biggrin: Sat is my big test ride, X your fingers

since when do dry pipes have more brap? I assume by brap you mean low end and not just high right?

any dyno charts?

Dry pipes make more power than wet pipes (generally speaking)

any dyno charts? Not just any drypipe, specifically the Riva freeride drypipe. It makes great bottom and wicked mid to top, and at about $300 used you can't go wrong.

Heck even my old Type 4 makes good power all the way around. You just have to take the time and make sure you set it up right (proper alignment of the manifold and chamber) and it is reliable.
