Stolen Fx-ho!

Stolen on September 2nd, around 7PM from North end of Anna Maria Island. Was anchored off beach with a 14ft wide sams club raft tied to it.

Keep an eye out! The only way you might recognize this ski... is that it has a huge Billet Yamaha Gas cap, and chrome Reg #'s... since all these damn things look the same.

the gas cap was the only aftermarket thing i could get my father to buy.. since he doesnt like changing stock stuff.....

Insured thank goodness. Cant keep a yamaha around with their lanyard system and not be insured.

Good luck with the insurance and/or finding the ski. Did they bypass the ignition lock or was it disabled?

we still have the lanyard... they probably rigged their own... or had one.

my father and the sheriffs searched the whole anna maria island... and my dad stayed up and rode on Boat U.S. all night long till 4 in the morning searching north of anna maria island all around the skyway.

what a sucky summer.... first the luhrs blew the turbo..so now both engines are getting rebuilt, my superjet blew something electrical and also got a hydrolocked engine.... my dads ski stolen.... my titan got some new gashes down to the metal on it while i was asleep one night.... still dont know who did it...

I cant believe that even on the new Yamaha Waverunners that they dont have a special key...??? i use my superjet lanyard on that couch all the time... and all the other companies couches have to have special keys?? like the seadoo have a chip or something... i mean come on, This FX-HO came with a remote to regulate the RPM's for beginner riders... but yet still the old lanyard with no chip or even a magnet would be helpful..

Tom... im finally free to work on my ski... so let me know when i should come over and start on the damn thing... i just wanna sell it... and start building an engine... and get a cheap square nose for now.

I thought those new ones had a remote to lock and unlock the ignition? must just be the new vx110's, no wait since at least 97 they have a 4digit code to lock em down. but you can bypass it, unless you don't know how.

also, that is just foolish, sorry but put it up in the ride group and ten guys will give you ten reasons why you should stick it out and fix what you have, the only thing cheaper about a square is the hull, and it comes with flaws, mainly the pole. plus you won't crap for your ski as it sits and after fixing it why would you sell it? whatever dude.... I dare you to post that bs in the westside. ok at least I tried, that being said....

attention... treehugger sailboater people found the ski floating... they tied it up to the sailboat and towed it to tampa.

They called it "a peice of your sporting equipment"

where was the ski for 2 days?? cant wait to find out more about this... is it out of gas?? its probably hydrolocked from being towed...?? who knows.. Insurance... says if there is any damage... still will be covered...

people on the boat says its fine... but they havent a clue what sporting equipment is.

my work closed for like 3 weeks... to do repairs. and i didnt get the job i was going for... my license.. needs like another 75 tons.

dont the new yamaha couches have a remote to lock and unlock them? I know my cousins FX HO has that remote for beginners, but you can lock the ski with it too.
