I guess you could call this a little trailer for the real video that is to come. Just a short clip of us hitting a double boat wake and learning the fun/hard way. The full length video will be completely edited in a few more days. Hope you all enjoy.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=http://youtube.com/watch?v=FNgpEz3cxUU

seems like the boats making the wake are too far apart and moving too fast...but other than that looks good

That was the first run with two drivers that had no idea what they were doing. By the end they were alot closer and producing a much better wake.

Thats cool. I do have a Q, the back flips are you using trim or just style. Lou

does trim make it alot easier? I know its just a lever wouldnt you have to pull it real hard to divert the water more up?

You can see he is pre jumping. When lightening the ski is when you'ld pull the lever. Then land get a good pump full, gas it and do what he did!!!

Dan has the same trim as you with the exception his boat has been glued together 1000 times.

Dan is the first one to go and he said that the only time he uses trim is when he does flat water backflips. He told me exactly how to do it without trim and maybe if the back of my hull was missing like his i would of got further around. O ya, I'm the last person to go.

If your going that fast all the time on the ski i still think your moving too fast into the double up.

I totally agree, Dan was going the perfect speed because he has done this before. The rest of us on the other hand were just learning as we were going, and having a blast at it. Keep in mind also that the footage is being shot on one of the boats making the double wake. So it appears we are going much faster than in reality.

true, plus those boats don't put out the best wake either...but next time around you will get it easy!

that looks like a blast i would love to try its cool when a boat goes in a circle and makes a double up its really hard to hit but when you do its awsome

Ya the big regal had some problems starting so I had to go ask a friend on the bay to get their boat out. They really had no idea what they were getting into, but they enjoyed thoroughly. Next time the ride plate is gonna be atleast stock length or even d-cut.

oooh yeah, i can't believe your trying them with an extended ride plate! You will rotate a lot easier with a shorter rideplate...get another video up of round 2!
