BEAUTIFUL day! waves were near glass! started off small and built thru the morning. did a huge stab and bailed late, landed on my hood. hardcore deadarm that still hurts. it felt like my arm was broke at first, luckly im ok. brett arrived shortly after and brought waves with him so i had to go back out again. now i can barely lift my own arm. should be ok by tomorrow, were supposed to have another day like this!:bigok:

I'm just playin'. I used to ride Pismo in the mid '80s. Its one of the best places on earth. I hope to make it back there some day. Glad you had a fun day. Nothings cleaner than pismo thats for sure.

pismo in the eighties? ive heard stories about the endless dunes that were open back then. i cant believe we only have access to a small portion of what used to go all the way to gualdalupe

that was the worst race of my life. i endo'd three times per lap and my dad broke his ribs. make sure you buy the pirelli sand tires and sag out the rear a lot. proper setup is everything at that race

Everything next to riding in such a way that you're not picking your bike up all the time! I raced it last year too. I wasn't very fast, but finished and had a great time. Dead last into the first turn and mid-pack four turns later with all the carnage. I'll be faster this year...

Fivester, it means nothing. Like I said, jes playin’. Don’t take the playing personal. See all the fun we’re having with this banter, Fun, Fun,Fun. But really I think it is just plain old envy and jealousy on my part, pure and simple. So I will take all the blame. Tee’s got it right, you guys at Pismo need a little ribbing from time to time. Just to help you appreciate how good you have it. Ultra clean waves with a super long swell period, it is a thing to envy. No fearing for your life, or worrying about your ski getting splintered into pieces. So I’m man enough to admit I was envious of your waves, yes. There I said it. I HAVE LUSTED AFTER CLEAN 4 FOOTERS!!!! God, its almost a relief to be able to come clean like this, to lay it all out there. I lust after clean 4 footers. BTW Nick, I AM coming back to Daytona for sure I’ve just got some heavy things to work out right now. (Don’t let Tee see this but, mmm warm water feel good to me body) But the good news is it will happen. So peace out on all this. As the great one said “I’m happy to have entertained you”.
