Hey all,
I will be doing a couple Freeride Clinics this up coming Spring.
I was contacted by some FreeRiders and already have a bunch of people
booked for the spring time Fun. I will be doing these clinics for FREE.
This is another way to make the sport grow. So when Freerides come
around everyone can Pancake Together. If you are intrested in riding

I should Explain Why I tell people to give me a Holla.
Reason Is I like to have small groups so people can get
the most out of the clinics. Also I try and put people
together about the same skill level. It works out good
for all that way. If you want to do a clinic, shoot me
an email and I will call or give you number and then
we can setup the best time/weekend for both of us.

Towards the Fall that would be Killer. I think that Nick can do
a clinic down in FL. He is More than Qualified and I wont be

Just to give you guys a kick, I had a company making a DVD want to come up and film one of the clinics, It is Nacescy Cinema and the Movie
is G-14 classified right now but will be let out soon enough.
here is the kicker. I told him that a freeride like the Rager would be
better to come out. I dont want to take any attention away from
teach and helping you guys Rip. So I told him another time. :bigeyes:

Some people were askin me when are they... I emailed them to give
me a shout. If I just post a day, there could end up being to many
people just showing up. that would not be good for teaching and would
be a safety issue if 10 new barrel rollers launching into eachother.:scared:
then you guys would look like me. :1244: My main objective is watching you
guys crash, I mean it is priceless to see the stokage when people do their
first barrel roll or backflip. that right there is all the worth. :biggrin:

I live in southern Md.Live 15 min from lots of flat water.About 2 and a half to 4 and a half hours depends on traffic to OC MD.Ride out of OC inlet.Hooked up with the wavejunkies at the end of the summer.Plannin to do alot of ridin down there this year.

Yes i am. this is actually the weekend I requested becuase of work. after the clinic we are gonna take a trip down the coast and end up in georgia for the riot ride the following fri. so it will be a soild week of riding for myself, cousin, and our girlfriends!:woot:

And a trip down the coast sounded like fun. If its not a problem for you maybe we will stay monday or at least part of it. do you know of any places to ride fourwheelers over your way? I was thinking of bring our raptors with us. Or if i can get the hovercraft running i might just bring that.:cool2: the craft would be a blast at the riot ride.

Hey kingnothing3 if you are going down the Eastern Shore on 13 you should check out the wavejunkies in virginia beach. I wouldn't make a special trip for it though if it is off your route.

Fyi, don't bother with the North Carolina Outer Banks because they are supposedly very harsh on pwc's in the ocean. I think MikeB made a special six-hour trip one year much to his disappointment, to say the least.

I think memorial day is the cutoff point for beach use, if you want to use the beach during the season, you need be off by 9am I believe.

Ill keep that in mind. havent planned out the whole trip yet so wavejunkies might be a good possibility. We might do some "tourist" **** while we are over there too. Memorial day is when the beach really opens but 2 weeks prior the Lifeguards are out in force getting ready for season. No biggie.
Plenty of places to ride... I got some back up plans too.
Plus if surf is little :frown: then we go to the inlet that is always a little bigger.

Its all Good, 20' is enclosed trailer or open. either way, you got a spot.
Trailer on the Lawn, Trucks in a spot.. I had a 7 here for rager and 3 big trailers backed up on the grass. No one had any probs. Execpt finding keys in the morning... :1244: :1244: :1244: :1244: :1244: :headbang:

This may have already been mentioned but
Re-inforce the sides of your skis if you plan on trying b-rolls and backflips.
You can do a lot of damage while learning.
Hood straps and handlepole limiting ropes wouldn't hurt either.

already got that covered. reinforced, (had to my ski was already cracking from my "attempts" last season.) planning on making hood straps and im not sure i want a limiting rope. I ride in flat water mostly. I may throw one on for the clinic but i think it would get in the way. i need an excuse to get an aluminum pole anyway. whats your opinion on this guys?

very similar to my ski. i put the rickter footholds in last year and turfed it. I also painted and made custom graphics last year. I broke the stock throttle so i had to buy a UMI. I put the one way valve in right before the rager last year.

All depends on style and wave conditions and whatnot.
We can go over all that and depending on surf you will be showing me how to do them.... :wink:

I lean and squat on smaller waves to get a little more leverage on boat.
Bigger stuff I stay more up right to slow down the rotation some.
All varies.

Same here. I was unsure due to that whole faceplant dibacle but my nose is healing up nicely (although slightly crooked) so surgery will be voluntary if I do it. The biggest question right now will be will my ski be ready? :confused:

thats the point i wanted to be with my rolls. i wanted at least a few weeks to practice before i come out. I might have to skip the may 13th clinic and shoot for a later one when i feel like im more ready.:frown: unless i pull some kind of miricle, get my ski together in record time, and impress myself with my talent in a day or two.:sneaky: i guess we will play it by ear.
