Well, after learning my beloved 1200 WB1 was beyond repair today, I took a step in the right direction and purchased a stand up. I know everyone recommended a Superjet, but I saw a great deal on this barely used SXR800, and couldn't pass it up. Bone stock, and ready to be modded for the surf- once I learn how to ride it!
Anyway, here's some pics...

Here's the Blaster story:
This 1996 B1 was built back in '99 by Jet Trendz in FLorida. The whole ski was gutted and reworked and new motor mounts built to accomodate the 1200GP NPV motor. Some relocating and other custom work was done, and the project came to fruition. A UMI steering system was added, Shredmaster ride and intake, custom paint, custom seat, a Raider waterbox relocated under the seat, and a few other goodies.
I was the 3rd owner of this ski, and it was awesome- for about a year.
The other day, it threw a rod through the cases, knocked the starter motor off its mount, damaged a sleeve, and metal pretty much was all over the inside of the motor- motor is a total loss. Further inspection found there were other issues (broken pipe bracket, etc), so basically I have the following salvagable items:

The UMI steering system
The Shredmaster ride plate/intake unit (all one piece)
The carbs and intake/reed valves/manifold
Hull- set up for a 1200 motor install- or can be reworked to accept any motor
seat- with a small tear in the seat

The hull is in great shape, some small stress cracks at the rear. The paint is awesome too. The boat is in pieces right now at Jet Trendz, and also has a painted trailer that is in fair shape-pretty rusty in areas but new tires/wheels and bearing buddies.
I am looking to sell it all together, not part it out, since I don't have the time or the patience to take pieces off it and sell it one by one on Ebay or privately, whatever. There are also ODI grips that are pretty much brand new on the bars- this boat is an outstanding project boat, or even a good one for someone to take the parts off and sell invidually. If you're interested, PM me with an offer...you'll have to pick it up in New Port Richey Florida.
One pic in my sig (the red one), I have some others.
