yo, just wanted to see who and how many are riding in travis.....where do you launch?? we cruise to devils every weekend. hit me up lets ride!:biggthumpup:

i usually stay away from hippie cuz the sail boats and naked dudes, but ill cruise down there next weekend, if the lake is open.. hows the surf at port a??

You'll have to show me where Devil's Cove is. I'm planning on riding Travis this Saturday if its open and chase some cruiser wake. Is that a good spot for it? Otherwise I'm driving out to Pace Bend (or launch at Lago Vista and ride over).

no prob i can show you anytime.....lake opens today at 1pm by the way,,, near devils is choppy but way more cruisers than out by pace bend.... we ride to devils everyweekend, just let me know when you'll be out.

Chris have you been out the Trails End? because you can ride from Trails end to Devils cove. Ron and I did it last summer

ya theres no ramp near devils...its surrounded by sandra bullock and russel crows house....

trails end is probably a good place,, is that in sandy creek arm or near the dam??

no shore line now as the lake is more than full...anytime here is good to chase boats... ******in boats all over the place.

So, to get to Devil's Cove at (A), do you drive there? It looks like a pretty far ride for a standup from Trail's End (B). Or do you put in at Carlos N Charlies (C)?

I'm still dreading the 1.5 miles from TE, knowing how choppy Travis gets around the corner.

you could launch from the road like a ramp so no need for a dolly it was more of the parkin I was thinkin about that would be an issue

I've done it before. No biggie. Its just not the most fun thing, plus our gas tanks aren;t as big.

the lake has been going down a foot a day.. and right now its only three feet above full, so there should be shoreline at trails end...

yeah I am thinkin about it. If it rains then I will take the quad out if its nice then lake. Right now it would just be the GP and the Blaster unless this rain stops soon and I can jet the SJ. Also my sister probably will be with me
