PLEASE READ !!! Safety in Pismo !!!

Last year we had a few problems with riders getting to close to swimers and we/lifegaurds had to pull a few riders out of the water and have a talk with them (a warning)..
This year we will be on a close watch and it wont take anything to get us shut down.. So lets get a few things straight because I'm sure there will be NO warnings given..

1. NO riders within 200' and any swimers,surfers,waiders or anyone in the water at all, other than us riders..
2. If we are in a spot and surfers or swimers enter it WE move not them ! Even if we have to pack up and head down the beach a mile or two !
3. This isnt a Event once again.. just a bunch of guys taking vacations ! (just like the dune riders) No one is in charge other than the Life Gaurds/State Parks and rec. officers..

If anyone has anything else to ad about safty please speak up !!

Yes carry a rope, and tow loops on the front of each ski is recommended. Like these:

Tow loops are awesome b/c it makes it very easy for you or another ride to hook up to you.

If you need a tow, connect the rope to the front of your ski, and wave the other end around in the air to get other's attention.

Always wear a helmet...

And bring sun screen
