I emailed these guys several weeks ago and they have never replied to my email. Why do they have a customer support email if they do not return emails. I would say that the email they provide is some :bs2:. Why provide a customer support email but not give customer support?:banghead: Guess they don't want my money. All they had to do was answer a couple simple questions and I would have bought some items from them. oh well.

why can't you just pick up the phone and call them?
email & websites are NEVER infallible. are they?

you are right they are not infailable, but i did click on their link which should work with out problems. but i have called and been on hold for a while. this is the age of computers, if you provide an email address for customer service and you do not respond to the emails then take it off of your web page. if you want customers to call them put that on the web page. i could understand if they did not have a web page then it would be best to call. i will just spend my money elsewhere.

i placed an order with r-d.
i gave them my p/p c/c #.
the same day i sent some $$$'s to the my p/p card from my checking account to cover the order.
this is something i have never done before.
i have allways either spent the dough using the p/p cars, or pay for eaby stuff using the p/p card.
p/p took allmost a week to post the transfer, so my order was not shipped + i never got a call from r-d stating that my p/p card was not good.
ok, i live and learn.
r-d should of called me to say my card was no good.
i wonder what goes on there in the billing dept ???
