No problem.
so I dont need to smooth it, or chamfer or anything?
just leave it like it is?
I plan to sawzall out the exhaust ports, and then send it off to be bored.

Smooth it out, give it a chamfer and it will be fine.

You will be fine just grind it out a bit so it is smooth to prevent further cracks...

make sure there isnt a hairline crack, in the sleve, going up from the chip. they can be hard to see till after a hone or bore.
youll be fine with taking a rasp or a sawzall and smoothing out then chamfering.
see what I mean about the sawzall?
HELL yeeeeahs.

dude, you dont use a sawzall to fix your chipped sleeve. im not sure where you learned pwc mechanics, but anybody that knows anything about engines in general knows that a sawzall is only used to deck a cylinder.
no way man, decking requires VERY precision work.
I only use a belt sander for that type of work.

oh yeah,
I always use a belt sander to grind off those pesky dowels that get in the way of my perfectly flat hand decked cases.

You are correct T-bone.
that right there is an actual Sawzall
not a reciprocating saw like those other panzy knockoffs, you know, dewalt, makita, Black and Decker....
that milwaukee Sawzall is exactly what I use to port my cylinders, and cut out old door frames.
one helluva useful tool.
