What is the largest bore you can do no this cylinder ?Can you got 84 without cracking ?:bigeyes:

i think i read arfter 83 or 83.5 you have to resleeve

yes, you can resleeve this cylinder and make it an 84mm (760).

This question came up a lot on PWCToday. I know you can go 84mm with the stock sleeves if you are running a wet pipe. Group K does it so it must be safe. I think the max is 84.25mm.

84 mil is fine i think group k go to 84.5
but i wouldnt do it myself

Saw this on riva Ported Cylinder, Pump Gas, 701 (61X) $ 703.79 ????can you resleeve for less ?

i would think you should be able to for sure, or, just get a 760 cyl.

buy the sleeves and do it yourself. bake the cylinder in the over for 20 min at like 280 degrees c... the sleeves should pop out. Put the replacement sleeves in the freezer at the same time so when the old sleeves pop out you can drop the new ones in...

btw - I'm running 84mm on my re-sleved to 760 /61-x
you will have to bore out the jugs

Ok I called the guy on the ebay add and he will do the hole thing for 140 a hole ..
