I thought I better represent the Kawi riders on this site.

Hull Mods:
Tubbie II's
Kicker holds
X-Metal Scupper Valve
Worx ride plate and scoop grate
UMI -2 Aluminum pole (Yamaha setup)
0 degree Umi bars with P.O.S. grips (soon to be changed)
Blowsion chin pad
Blowsion hood straps
Limiting rope

Engine:
Bored .2 over
Kehin dual .38's w/ Fly F/A
Reinforced bond line and pole mounting area
Interior is painted (Appliance Epoxy)
Westcoast head (155 psi)
Spark plug boots
Jetinetics lightened charging flywheel
Timing advanced 6 degrees
Factory Dry Pipe with flow valve
jetworks waterbox

I dont know what it has to do w/ you, but I know this boat well. I sold it to him, NICE A KAWI FO SHO.
I think its a coincidence yamaha pole and want to be yamaha set up but its a KAWI so he named it after you LOL

Do you have any close ups of the handlepole bracket? Got a friend that wants to put a roundnose pole on his 750sx, since they're easier to shorten. Is it a roundnose bracket or aftermarket?

accbr, the bracket is stock kawi with 1.5" plastic bushings.

thats a sick ski man...i am definitely thinking about putting a UMI on my 750 next year, we will see how the cashflow is looking...

this is a list of the to-do's for winter. i should be busy for a while.

1. shorten handle pole by 3 inches (maybe 4)
2. put in handholds in the hood.
3. get new vent tube for hood
4. vent tube for steering cables
5. re paint carbs (silver)
6. re paint motor (silver motor)
7. redo electrical components (new plug connectors)
8. lightened flywheel
9. re-turf ski
10. remove primer kit
11. re-do pisser outs
12. re-wire bilge pumps
13. new front bumper and reinforce nose
14. new battery cables
15. paint electrical box

17. have coil and stator redone
18. internal fuel fill
19. rebuild crank
20. port cases and intake
21. 26 cc domes
22. new cooling lines
23. remove foam from tray and sides maybe re-foam
24. drill steering cable attachement closer to nozzle for better steering.

26. new girdled head -ADA- for 185 psi.
27. re-paint boat (prolly silver/black combo)
28. shave down hood near bars and on top.
