I dont have one and dont have the cash to buy one i was thinking of making one just wanted some advice on which would be the cheapest way to go???

if you end making one, I have some 8x12 wheels with a 3/8" inner diameter hub if you are interested. I was going to use these tires for a cart I was going to build, but I found one for cheap. I can bring them to the sand blast if you need them. $40

There will be plenty of guys out there with totes... don't worry about getting your ski to the water.
