Super BN44 Fuel pump cover

Is their any differance in the pumps by coler of the pump cover ? Black ,silver and red . I have Dual 44s one is black and one is silver ?:bigeyes:

Never seen a red one. the factory black paint flakes off the pump covers pretty easily, leaving them silver. Maybe that is what happened?
Or is whole carb black and the other silver?

I think the pumps are all the same, but the carb's internal circuitry is different in some 44's.

Yes the carb is black ,just the pumps arn't the same coler ..
