I gave out a bunch of Stickers in Daytona & Abe from North Graphics is sending out more everyday ( if you would like some, simply send NG a self addressed stamped envolope).
Submit some creative places to show off the "X"
Keep it clean here.................. The sky's the limit over at our slutty sister site Riot....... I'll come up with some sort of prize for the most creative stickering!!!!!! (BTW, Don't get arrested doing it!!)

Got a quesiton-

Is it possible to have the cutter ready artwork of the logo posted somewhere or sent to me(.ai or .eps).

I would like a couple more decals (as would a couple other guys) and it is easier for me to cut my own that to send for them.

Everytime I go and ride on the east coast I will take some decals with me to distribute + spread the word. As with most of the other pwc related decals I do they will be gratis.

Did not know about ownership of the artwork thought I would ask.

I just had a similar thing pop up.............. here is what we have. Abe @ North Graphics has an exclusive for the banner. He is responsible to all reproduction of it. & is doing the distrubution of the freebe decals.

I understand this is in the name of promoting the site. Obviously everyone benifits from it. I don't have a clear cut answer, other than get the freebees from NG. I will make some calls & see where it goes from there

Ok, Here is our answer to the sticker question. Abe has the exclusive to the Sticker situation. We will stand behind him. however, If abe chooses to "accept" help in the reproduction of these stickes, thats solely his call.
Contact him directly for more info. He supports us in a big way, we will support him.

when the whole site concept started, Abe jumped & went way beyond to make it happen in time for Daytona. I know you went way beyond with the Daytona ride decals. Everyone is working togeather, As slut said, talk to Abe, He is a great guy, he might suprise you.

ski ya, PaulI know ollie, he's not looking to get the pwc vinyl market. he doesn't put his name or logo on the transfer paper for free advertising or anything like that. He's just trying to help the site out. I didn't think JR Magoo's was directly linked to the site but north graphics is? maybe i don't understand the site slogan...

Thats correct, JrMagoos is not linked to the site, neither is North Graphics. we are both Paid advertisers. Part of the NG advertising agreement is the exclusive.....Just part of the deal ...... The Site is run by riders & for riders.

I think I see where you are headed. As new to being a site partner, there is a certain ammount of business to keep things running smooth. Fact of life.............. Abe is also a Rider, he just made a post for Ollie, My bet is this will be worked out in no time.

I have to say I'm very surprised at some of the comments on this simple subject.

I'm not sure where in "For the Riders, By the Riders" the word free comes from. Everyone that is contributing deserves something, either exposure, respect, more business, reimbursement for materials, etc. The software to run the site is expensive, it costs money for hosting, stickers cost money to make/ship, etc. etc. So far that is all out of our pockets (actually mine and Paul's except the stickers). We're still figuring this stuff out, so give us a break is we pull a brain fart, make the wrong decision, whatever, we're not perfect and we've never run a site before.

Also, if you have comments on how things are run, please be constructive in your criticism instead of "I won't be supporting this guy" or whatever, that goes a lot further toward helping us, everyone else, and the sport in general.

(for a couple years now... actually) Ollie has never asked for a dime in return or anything... He is "down for the cause" and is always there to offer help and support for graphic work... I know Paul didn't intend to snub anyone... he was just trying to be respectful of the deal he made w/ abe...

Ollie... I hope you are not upset, because we all appreciate the work you do for the freeride scene!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
