Are you going to completely refoam it or just put in footholds?

footholds, and refoam behind it. Like all the instructions say.

I did my first and only set a couple years ago, and it's not that hard. I can help if you want to bring it down here, but it's not something you can really do in the same day. You have to take the old turf off. Cut out the holes. Dig out the foam. The cyclones that I got came with a template. Epoxy or 5200 them in there with screws or rivets holding them in place while it dries. Put a few strips of glass around the edges, and wait for that to dry. Fill the holds with foam, and glass over the hole for that. Sand it a little, and put the turf on. I got the turf kit with mine, so that made it easier. I have some 4 pound foam left that you can have to fill it behind the holds, so you don't have to buy any. I don't think I have that much epoxy resin left.

do you just lay the glass then apply hardener? Did you order the precut turf?
also how much padding did you add? I"m thinking I just might order the materials kit from blowsion so I have everything. Lastly what kind of screws did u use.

You mix the resin together, and put it on the glass. I usually brush some on the surface first then put the glass on top of it. Apply some more resin over the top, and use a roller to smooth it out. Put another layer of glass, more resin, smooth out, repeat. I put 3 layers of glass around the edges of my footholds, and across the tray between them. I got the cyclones from Wamiltons with the precut kit, and the fast cure resin and foam from uscomposites.com.

It was really easy, but I did have an extra set of hands to help. It took less than an hour, and most of that time was spent waiting for the contact cement to setup.

www.uscomposites.com. Just a quart of epoxy, and enough hardener for it should be enough for what you're doing. Some 3 or 4 inch strips of glass in whatever length you need to put a few layers all around the edges.

so
1. epoxy ( matter what kind?)
2. Hardener (kind?)
3. glass Strips
4. What about foam?
