There's a decent gallery of my reinforcement job using fiberglass at http://www.wavejunkies.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=4. I think Yamaslut's roundnose build thread has some good info on the paint, fuel filler, and just about everything else you need to build a freestyle ski. uscomposites.com is definitely a great site for materials.

I reinforced my '00 last yr. I was just wondering if carbon/kevlar is any harder to work with. And what is stronger? I know its lighter

It's just as easy to work with. The thing to keep in mind is that both carbon and kevlar soak up less resin than glass - keeping it lighter. It may be tempting to squeeze more resin in there, but don't give in to that temptation. It simply takes less resin to saturate than glass.
