Rob hooked me up with the site name awhile and back and I've been tooling around with it lately. Me and a couple buddies have been wanting to get this going for a while.

I just put a fresh copy of phpbb3 on it, so try it out and tell me what you think.

Did they finally go live with it or is it still beta like it was for years? I didn't keep up with it because it seemed like it was never going to be released and even the cvs showed a huge drop in coding being done.

The phpbb.com web server died a few weeks ago. And when they got the webserver back they temporarily lost all if not most of the phpbb2.0 stuff. So they started pushing Olympus pretty hard. It's still a beta, but it's working just fine. The bad news is the lack of mods and themes. Phpbb2.0 is now the one not really getting any support (or so it seems from the site).
