Anyone given any thought about the dates for the Sept. ride? I am looking at booking my vacation, and this time I don't want to book the ride dates.

There are some decent prices on Condo's in Port A if you get them out of summer season... which September is. For example, Me and some friends found a 3bd condo for May 19-20 for 165 a night. And it's fully renovated.

If I remember basic astronomy, there is more light reflected off the moon prior to a full, a bit less after - but I don't think a few days will mae too much difference.

The scariest day of my professional life was the day an owner talked me into doing a C-section on her pigmy goat (I don't do livestock). She was desperate and started crying on the phone and everything. All the large animal guys weren't even answering their phones. The owner knew the kid was already dead, the mom was going to die if we didn't get the dead baby out asap. Turns out the mom did fine, and I got a great story out of it.
