Ive picked up an extra pump and cone. DO I fill the back of the cone with grease like I did my Wet wolf SJ cone?

what ski are you talking about? if SXR, then No.

alright, i havent put it in yet anyway.
my threads for the bolt that hold the cone on are all jacked up. Its actualy a heli-coil.... are they like that or did something get messed up?
yes you want to put grease in there.:smile:
Kawi's use sealed bearings, but a little grease helps keep the water out.

The bearings aren't sealed at that end. The grease in the cone stops water intrusion and lubricates.
