Who else cant wait for may to come to hit up Lanier again? I think the entire campground is gonna be taken over this year. At least that way we wont have people accusing us of taking bites out of their oranges and climbing on their rv's.

Yes, a few of us over here are getting our skis ready for another summer and Lanier. Now correct me if I'm wrong but with the oranges i thought flip flops also disappeared.Lou

Ron, just don't take possession the weekend of Lanier like we did last year. That sucked, got the keys that Friday night and we were moving the next weekend, so had to start painting/bug bombing/etc that weekend. Sucks but it was worth it I guess.

My calendar is marked with "Days until Riot Ride" on the first and last friday of Feb, Mar, Apr. Maybe that's a bit much, but I missed the May ride last year, and it's not happening again. I am already having my thoughts drift to Lanier during classes, I won't be able to get anything productive done the first half of May.:biggrin:

IT'S ****ING KILLING ME-I CAN'T TAKE IT NO MORE-I DID A NOSE STAB IN THE SHOWER THIS MORNING!!!! The funny part is I can't even stab my ski yet, but I'm stabbin in the shower. I have rewired my trailer lights, fresh coat of Kawi green paint on trailer wheels, greased wheel bearings, waxed both ski's bout 100 times, tinkered w/my SXR to hell and back, CLEANED my truck box on the frt of trailer and packed it full of spare parts, (ps-am I the only one that had some serious science projects growin in the truck box on trailer?), and I have re-organized my other tool box, got my tent out to see if it was still in 1 piece, washed all the spooge out of my coolers, and brushed my teeth-I"M READY DAMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! F it-let's start Lanier early-how's 2day sound? We can make it a month long event!!!LOL

that kinda like saying........you know he's the guy with the hair. Theres a lot of camp grounds on lanier. unless your thinking of jet ski cove.

but it is near the dam and right on the golf course.......................of corse thats one of 3 courses. as your heading away from bald ridg towards the big water just bear left for a bit and its on the right. on the weekends there will be dozons of house boat tied toghether and countless go fast boats parked everywere.

I went up to the registration office at the camp and reserved. They checked on the computer for reserves by skiers and they figured it was 39 sites add my reserve thats 40.
