I was out last Sat, the water was not bad at all 49-50. Didnt even have a hood on. Weather is supposed to be 50ish Saturday. Right now I'd say 90% I'm in.

I am out now too, I just remebered I have to let one of my clients into a building he is buying on saturday at 9am. That is unless I can reschedual him.

he is doing a condo conversion on a factory im selling.
